Magnolia Lakes is a beautiful, gated community located in the heart of Saint Lucie West in Florida.  We should know as we live, work and play here!  When you talk about location, location, location this neighborhood is a winner.  There is a terrific shopping center about 2 minutes from the entrance to Magnolia Lakes.  There is Publix, Suntrust bank, Hurricanes Pub, Pollo Tropical, Tijuana Flats, Chedders, Roy's Sushi, Mission BBQ, 3-Natives, Home Goods, LA Fitness, Hair Cuttery and so much more.

There are 470 homes in Magnolia Lakes and are concrete block construction with tile roofs and adorable front porches.  The home sites are not large for the most part, however there are some oversized properties on cul-du-sacs and for the larger homes.  Fencing is allowed with restrictions.  The homes range in size from 1,539 sq.ft. to 3,575 sq.ft. living space.  There is a side walk throughout the community for walking, biking or walking your dog.  Pets are allowed with some restriction. 

The amenities in Magnolia Lakes are top notch!  This is what really brings the value to this neighborhood.  The Clubhouse is gorgeous and well maintained.  There is a large room you can rent out for special events, a billiards room, fitness center with all the machines and weights necessary, steam room/showers, a huge heated swimming pool and tot pool with splash fountain.  The swimming pool overlooks one of the beautiful lakes and is very serene.  Outside the Clubhouse you will find a playground, bocce, 8 Har-Tru (green clay) tennis courts and a full basketball court.  There is even a Tennis Pro on Staff and Tennis Club.
